Naked before you know it - memory of prey 1

"Attoiumani Supponpon Emonono Kioku" is an adventure game about a woman who goes to a shady club, drinks too much of some weird beverage, breaks a plate, and ends up playing janken with the club's owner. I guess. Actually, for a janken game, there's a lot of story in this game, but I can't understand much of it. What I do understand is that there are three routes to the story that you can take, which depend on how much and what the girl drinks. Some choices you make early in the game make her leave the club, however, thus avoiding the janken game and the plate-breaking altogether.

The idea here is to make sure the girl loses; if ever she wins three games in a round, she leaves the club. When she loses, however, the owner and his cronies force her to expose herself (she is only ever wearing one or two articles of clothing during the game). When she is naked, the amount they allow her to cover herself decreases with each round, from giving her a towel to string bikinis that do nothing to keep her modest, to a tea towel. Eventually she ends up performing sexual favors for the boss and his underlings.

The artwork in the game is decent, but it uses a LOT of the color green. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be symbolic or not. When you complete a route, you can view the girl's strip and sex scenes from the menu. The game itself can also be a little confusing; depending on the route you're playing, you're either choosing gestures for the girl or for the club owner, but in either case, the action doesn't progress unless the girl keeps losing. All in all, it's okay, but there's more to the game than a simple series of yakyuken matches.
