If you are familiar with this circles work, its more of the same. If not, this is a visual novel featuring the DQ female characters.

The story is in animated manga form, with another option where you can customize the various scenes in various ways (change her clothing, hair color, facial expressions, etc). There are pre-programmed looks (schoolgirl, warrior, formal dress, etc), or you can customize to whatever works for you. You can even enable cut-away views. Sound effects are also included.

The sex involves a variety of fetishes as well including tentacle sex (and birth of a tentacle baby), zombie sex, dog sex (and giving birth to a puppy) as well as insects and slime. If this isnt your thing, pass on it, but if your even slightly interested, buy this. You will not regret it.
