Now that Tomoko can no longer disobey her father-in-law, he forces her to help him deceive Nanami and keep her prisoner as well. They succeed in making her think that Tomoko is still being ravaged against her will.

From that night on Nanami's days of endurance begin, with her not having a clue that she's being tricked.
