Can you conquer them?

This is another solid entry in Crimson's "fighting" line of games. Like most of the others, you try to physically overcome your target girl, and then break her spirit by overwhelming her with pleasure. This one differs from some of the others in being more puzzle-like; you can only make a limited number of attacks before the scene progresses to the next section, and if you don't do enough "damage" the girl may escape before you get to her ending. To succeed, you need to discover each girl's individual weaknesses and sweet spots to figure out how to overwhelm them as efficiently as possible. It will probably take at least 3 or 4 tries per girl before you figure out how to earn their "breaking" ending (where you don't just rape them, but rather keep them on the brink of orgasm until they willingly beg for release).

The artwork is in Crimson's standard style, which I think is excellent; the voice acting is also good, as usual. The text is all in Japanese, which doesn't cause much trouble aside from not being able to understand the text in the prologue and ending to each girl, but that does feel like you're missing a fair chunk of potentially-juicy description and dialogue to accompany the scenes; and it does make understanding some special options that you need to make use of to defeat some girls more difficult. There are four girls in total, and overall I'd say the content is pretty solid for the price tag. I've never played any Dragon Qu*st games, but I still found the characters and scenarios appealing. Overall, I'm glad I made this purchase, and I recommend this product to anyone, unless you're tried some of Crimson's other works and decided you don't like them.

If you like this, you should also check out the works of the "Durandal" and "Dancing Queen" circles on this site; I'm pretty sure they're all the same people, or at least closely related. It's all similar in theme and artwork, and all I've seen of it is great.

This Game's Tricky

At first I didn't know how play this game and I kept on getting game over. It took a bit of figuring out, but I managed to get the hang of things. You've got four girls to choose from and each one is different. Meaning you can't do the same thing for one and another and still be able to progress. Because of that there's a bit of replay value with the game. Now the game is sort of broken into rounds and you have to fufill the requirements in order to move on and what you do depends on the girl. Now the goal is go above the max score of 25,000 and if you do that then you get another scene, but that requires some figuring out. If you do get above 25,000, you can either let the girl cum or not. This game is quite interactive and it basically lets you fool around with the girls. You can do a variety of thing to them each round. There's also a small bit of animation and some good voicework. So, this game's best feature is it's interactivity and everything else is complimentary.

This game is pretty good. It was hard to understand what to do at first as I don't speak japanese, but figured it out quickly. The game is alright there is a lot of content to unlock. It is sort of like a puzzle game as others have said. You combine "moves" to get the girls turned on. I did like the artwork.

Bset of Crimson's more recent flash offerings

D.Q. Fight 2 is radically different from the much older and generally inferior D.Q. Fight 1. Instead of trying to mimic RPG game style fighting, each of the scenes plays out like a puzzle, with different commands needed to unlock different images or just to progress through the scene. Some of them can be damn hard to figure out too, but most are worth it as the art here looks great. While you have a limited number of moves, you’re at least not on a timer nor have to worry about trying to block random attacks, like in other recent Crimson games. It’s a good balance between game and hentai-set and while sometimes a little frustrating, never leaves you wanting to pull out your hair.

Some of the artwork, though none of the h-pictures, are reused from Sexual Battle D, another Crimson animation, and so is some of the voice lines. It seems a little cheap, cutting corners instead of making new art, but as we’re dealing with two of the same characters though, it’s not too bad. There are four girls total and they all arguably look better in Crimson’s artwork than in the original, more cartoony DQ art (tastes may vary).

The sexual content is nice, with a good deal of molestation leading up to the actual sex. You get some good variation too, with some tentacles, bondage, and plenty of good old fashion humping. There are a tiny handful of alternatives during the puzzle scenes, but most of the pictures stand on their own and you get a good number over all without even counting the ending scenes. The voice work is pretty good too, though like a lot of Crimson work suffers a bit from the actresses not sounding terribly distinctive.

In all, D.Q. Fight 2 is a pretty quality product. It’s probably the best of Crimson’s more recent flash works, with a lot of good images and a fairly entertaining gimmick to go with your porn.

An improvement from previous versions

If you've played any of Crimson's 'fight' games before, DQ Fight 2 is pretty similar for the most part. You still 'attack' various body parts and have to do so much total damage to win the round. The difference this time is that it plays more like a puzzle game. Instead of getting counter-attacked by easily blockable attacks, you have a limited number of actions before the next scene comes on. In order to get the better ending, you need to figure out how to do the most damage within the turn limit to meet a specific score quota. It will mostly likely take you numerous tries; especially if you don't know Japanese, as you need to make use of the special commands at the right time to get enough points.

The graphics are excellent as with most of Crimson's games, and there's some voice. The only real downside is the above average price. The quality is high and there's more replay value here than with other Crimson games, so it's probably worth it overall for those who like the DQ girls offered.

awesome release from CC

I've never played a dungeon quest game but crimson comics makes me really want to. Jessica and Setia are the stars of this release. Has some improvements over the old "fight" series system because you've only got 20 moves to get to the next screen. I love sitting there trying to figure out how to beat it. They should come up with a way to mix up the difficulty on their next game.
