Narisu wo Tsukamaero is probably the only game of its kind in one aspect. You're placed in a 3D environment much like first-person shooter games, and given a few seconds to familiarize yourself with the environment (which seems to be a futuristic hall of a spaceship or starbase) before a girl in sailorfuku appears. The object then is to catch her before she breaks all the crystals. You move by holding down the mouse button and moving the cursor over the screen to go forward or turn, which probably takes a little getting used to unless you've played a few driving-type games that also use the mouse. Narisu is a little faster than you are, but she often stops to taunt you and slows down when taking turns. You also have a weapon that tosses sludge onto the floor which can slow her down. Of course, when you catch her, we come to the real reason this game was made: she progressively takes off clothes as you clear stages.

So, this game's pretty funny, and actually quite fun to play. However, it was made during the Windows 98 era, therefore, to run it in XP or beyond you will need to run the game in compatibility mode. That said, I don't know if there are other games similar to this in terms of the execution and goal, so if you'd like a unique approach to strip-the-girl games that's addictive and ecchi at the same time, give Narisu wo Tsukamaero a try.
