Note: All the menus and tutorials are in English (hurray!) Also, I would heavily recommend to play this game with a controller (XBox360 controller worked perfectly with no configuration required).

This game was a very nice surprise. It's a competent overhead shooter with a lot of options: you have a lot of variety of upgrades you can pick, and you can customize both your shots and bullets, as well as upgrades. The gameplay is pretty fun and it gets frenetic later on.

The game is not easy: however, grinding your way up to success is possible, and you keep your accumulated money (souls) when you die and can continue from the current stage so losing is not a big problem.

On the H-side, you have some scenes with decent art when you finish a main stage (each stage is comprised of 5 levels). It's not animated, but the quality is good. There's a lot of dialogs during those scenes, but since it is in Japanese I cannot commment on it's quality or content. I personally consider the gameplay to be the main attraction of this game.

This game is cheaper than most, yet it's one of the better games I purchased on DLSite. I heartily recommend this game: don't let its low price fool you regarding its quality!

*This title is extremely English-friendly: Every single menu option is in english, there are no dialogs in the game and you do not require japanese settings to play the game.*

Punisher is a pretty nice platformer game. While it is not exactly an extraordinary title, it does play very well compared to the majority of h-platformers. Controls are very fluid and fast, there's no cheap deaths that come out of nowhere and yet the game is relatively challenging. Playing the demo gives you an excellent idea of the controls and gameplay feel.

One nice thing about the game is the variety of stages. In one stage you'll be riding rafts on rivers of lava, and in others you'll be going through a maze in a crystal mine. Each of the 14 stages have it's own environment and challenges.

Each non-boss stage has three optional coins to collect. The first two are hidden in the stage (sometime very challenging to find) and the third requires you to gather all the sweets scattered around the level. Getting coins allow you to unlock scenes in the gallery, both CGs and in-game animations.

Losing to certain enemies will bring up an in-game animation and a CG if you select not to continue. To actually unlock the gallery/cgs, you'll need to do so by getting the coins (Do note that there is a complete save included in the folder if you get bored of coin hunting).

I personally played with the "Guro" option at "Off", so I cannot comment on the guro content of the game. The "Off" option does work pretty well: It prevents any guro animation from happening in-game, and it will flag any animation and CG containing guro in the gallery so you can still play this game if you hate that type of content.

This game is a real joy to play: It is one of those rare h-games where the gameplay is actually fun.

You control your character with the keyboard, shoot with the left mouse button and throw grenades with the right mouse button. You basically move upward, shooting enemy soldiers, tanks and barricades while avoiding enemy bullets and collecting money.

In between each stage, you can buy a huge variety of items. All are cosmetic (except for a few guns and rings), including a large amount of shirts, pants, glasses, haircuts and other unusual items like cat ears or snorkels. There is a total of 6 stages, but any of them can be replayed at will.

For H-content, you have a whopping 50 different in-game 3d animations. Each time you get shot, your character falls down and an enemy soldier then agresses you using one of those 50 animations, and your HP goes down until you break free.

At the game outset, there is about 6 possible animations, and the pool grows bigger as you gain levels, although it is slanted toward the newer ones. There's a huge variety of poses, and later animations feature two or three soldiers at once. Do note that there is no "extreme" content in the game: It is all human on human and it doesn't delve into anything too dark.

There is a gallery where you can view any animation you've previously unlocked at will.

Overall, a very fun game, and I'm very much hoping to see more games like this in the future.

Kurovadis is a marvelously fun platformer: Even without any hentai it would be an extremely entertaining action game and I would definitively rank this as one of my best DLSite purchase.

The game sports three difficulty levels (Very Easy, Easy and Normal): Be warned that on normal, the game is very challenging, both during boss fights and platforming areas filled with monsters. Even veteran platformer players should have have an interesting challenge on their hands. The game has a simple levelling system and it is possible for a player to level grind if they find themselves stuck: It is never required to do so however, and with enough skill and patience the game can be completed with no grinding at all.

The game features some exploration, such as requiring to find a new upgrade or weapon to open a path in order to continue further or to find miscellaneous stat upgrades. The platforming and boss sequences are fast-paced and absolutely thrilling, well worth experiencing.

The hentai comes from losing: If you drop to 0 HP, the closest enemy will rape your character each with their own unique animation until you press a key, which then leads you to a gameover screen. Roughly half the monster types have their own CG, the others have a generic gameover one. The CGs are well-made overall, and the music is stellar beside past the first area.

I heartily encourage you to try the demo: It covers about first fourth or fifth of the game or so. The graphics are not very impressive but everything else is: Give the demo a spin for a few minutes and judge for yourself!

Save your captured sister in a retro pixel scrolling action x modern sex CG gam

This title borrows heavily from the old NES and Arcade title "Kung Fu". The base concept is the same: Walk through a level kicking people trying to grab you, beat the boss and climb up to the next floor until you reach the top and save the girl.

While the concept stays the same, there's multiple improvements in this title compared to the original. For one, there's more enemy types, some being quite clever like guys rolling on a skate board, or guys dusting off brushes sending clouds to slow you for example. You can also hit projectiles back like molotov coktails and wooden sandals if your timing is impeccable.

There's also a clothing system: There's a chance that the enemies holding you will run off with a piece of your clothing, and you can occasionally find new pieces of clothing on the ground which recovers a part of your health and change your appearance. If you run out of lives, you get a CG scene which depends on what clothes you are wearing at that time and which level you were on.

The pace of the game is pretty frenetic, and it's definitively harder than the old NES title and quite a bit more fun in my opinion.

The game is pretty short (the demo is exactly 1/5th of the game if you want to see for yourself). Also, a warning about the situation portrayed in the CGs: It's pure cruel gang r*pe in a realistic setting. There's 10 CGs, with 5 clothing variations each. It's not too hardcore compared to the majority of the material here, but the setting and context definitively can be unsettling.

To summarize: The game is pretty fun and challenging, there's no text at all beside the game over scenes so it's easy to play while knowing no Japanese, but the game is brief and the CG content may be objectionable to some.

Retro gaming meets modern eros! Excellent Z*lda/DQ style action with high quality CG sex scenes.

This game has two distinct components:

One is a "Z*lda style action" as advertised, and the other has hardcore CGs of DQ characters. There are two stages to pick from, and each stage unlocks half the images in the CG gallery.

As stated in the game description, the gameplay part has nothing to do with the CG (beside the unlocking after finishing): What you purchase is essentially a 14 base image CG set and a short Zelda-style game in one package.

The CGs are high quality and the preview images and the game descriptions reflect accurately what is there. Each CG has a few variations, and all variations have a version with text (in Japanese) and without text. It's pretty hardcore, but there's no truly horrible and sadistic things happening so you can play this game without fear of seeing material you really would prefer not viewing.

The game part itself has two distinct stages, each requiring you to explore around, find keys and items, solve simple puzzles and beat a few monsters, mini bosses and big bosses, all in the old 2d Zelda-style games. It's slightly choppy, but it works pretty well overall. There's also a complete absence of text, so you can easily play the game itself without problems, no matter what languages you know.

It's definitively enjoyable, and one of the puzzle felt quite clever. There's a decent variety of enemy type, and each of the four bosses are relatively interesting. The bosses are somewhat challenging: Dying once or twice is not surprising but after taking a few moments to learn their patterns, you should have no problems beating them. Also, you keep everything after death, so getting back to where you were is only a matter of seconds.

I finished the game in roughly 40 minutes, including 3 deaths. However, you do get a decent CG set too, so that does increase the value of the package.
